THIS IS NOT BILLING ADVICE, but many find it useful in deciding whether to add allergy testing and treatment to a clinical practice. Provide us with your clinic location (state and sometimes which county or area within it), and we’ll use that to identify your CMS MAC Locality, then provide CMS reimbursement rates for test and treatment, estimated commercial rates, and net revenues per test or patient. Again, it’s not billing advice—consult your billing department and counsel for that—but it sure is interesting and you’ll probably find it useful.
