Scott has been a leader and innovator in the healthcare sector for over 34 years and is a founding partner of MRS Allergy Solutions, responsible for growth strategies and long-term market positioning. Prior to founding MRS Allergy, Scott held sales and management positions with General Medical Corporation (McKesson Medical Surgical) and PSS World Medical (McKesson Medical Surgical), co-founded Activus Healthcare Solutions and EMD Anywhere, and served as Chief Operating Officer for FVS Pharmacy Holdings.

Board-certified allergist Dean Mitchell, M.D. is one of the leading experts on sublingual allergy immunotherapy in the United States. Patients travel to his private practice in New York from throughout the country to receive allergy care. Among other honors and accomplishments, he is a fellow of the American college of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology, member of the Joint Council of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, Clinical Assistant Professor at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine, former Clinical Instructor of Medicine at Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons, and author of Dr. Dean Mitchell’s Allergy and Asthma Solution.

Mike is a network infrastructure and full-stack software engineering expert responsible for making sure MRS Allergy’s systems are available 24/7 to support our team, partners, and patients. Before joining MRS, Mike created a help-desk infrastructure to support over 1,000 people and managed technology systems for a business with 60+ medical clinics.

Cindy Tange has been working in the allergy field for the past 10 years. At MRS Allergy, Cindy focuses on the operations and finance, working directly with clinics and patients to ensure program success. She loves hearing about and observing first-hand the fantastic results patients experience with our testing and treatment programs.

Steve applies his decades of success in law, supply chain management, and entrepreneurship to help expand MRS Allergy’s business while enhancing the customer experience. As the father of three kids with significant allergies, Steve knows first-hand the relief MRS can provide. He and his family live near Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado.

With 9 years of experience in the allergy sector, Chris is the liaison between MRS Allergy’s field representatives, pharmacy, and distributors. Chris is responsible for ensuring test orders are processed, fulfilled, and shipped in a timely manner. A Pacific Northwesterner now living in Arizona, he spends his spare time trying to keep up with his son’s football schedule, grilling ribs, and smoking salmon.

Jo-Claire has worked in healthcare for over 20 years, 9 of those in allergy. For the last five years she has been working closely with MRS Allergy’s partners, leading our training programs and ensuring medical practices have the supplies and support they need to develop the best possible allergy program. She is a lifelong equestrian who lives on a small farm with three thoroughbreds and a donkey.

Lana has been working in customer service in an allergy setting for 9 years, 4 with MRS Allergy. Lana helps clinics set up allergy orders, patients set up billing for allergy drops, and pharmacies fill and ship orders accurately and quickly. She and her husband live on a family farm in West Texas where you can see for miles and not see anything at all.
